ISO 9002 registered company. ITS/Intertek services, their independent, third
party auditors, notified Fairchild of their new status and has sent them

The design and manufacture of screw machined parts is our only business. We offer you technical support and engineering services that draw from an extensive background of application experience. Our use of Computer-Aided-Design, intricate secondary machinery, and years of screw machine experience, assures you total value with every order. Your finished parts are cleaned, inspected, packed and shipped complete - ready to assemble into your product.
At Fairchild, we perform both traditional and
CNC machining of parts ranging from .032" to 2.500" in diameter in
virtually all materials, including carbon and stainless steel, aluminum,
brass and copper alloys, high temperature nickel alloys, all machinable
grades of plastic and even wood! We can efficiently process your low
volume orders on our CNC equipment or on one of our hand screw machines.
For larger volume requirements, we utilize one or more of our 40 single
and multiple spindle automatic screw machines. With various attachments
and modifications our equipment is often capable of "dropping off"
your part complete, with no further machining needed.
When secondary machining is required, however, Fairchild's extensive secondary department is equipped to perform any number of simple or complex operations to your part, such as cross-drilling, tapping, milling, broaching or slotting. If necessary, we can even arrange for your grinding, heat treating and plating requirements as well!
